Quarter-life crisis
Is this all there is? Am I really doing work that suits me? Do I really want to continue with this partner? What do I really want? Making life choices is not nothing and many people in their thirties are walking around with these questions. Some are also highly educated and have a good job. Often they already have a few years of work experience. Some are in a relationship and even already have a family. Yet they are not satisfied, struggle with stress, insomnia, burnout or depressive symptoms. The reason? The difficulty in making choices that really suit you, resulting in choice stress.
"I now see a crisis as an opportunity to develop and grow."

Coaching for the thirtysomething dilemma
Philosopher Thijs Sins is himself an experience expert on the thirty-something dilemma. After a successful career as an entrepreneur and a completed Masters in business economics, he turned his life around.
He started studying Philosophy to get to the bottom of his own dilemma and get answers to life's questions and questions about meaning. In doing so, he focused on various philosophical movements that each answer these questions in their own way. He has studied metaphysics, art of living, ethics, psychoanalysis, Indian philosophy, Buddhism, mysticism and meditation, among others. In addition, he is a graduate student in the field of love in the works of Plato, Augustine and Rousseau.
Thijs has specialized in the field of meaning and from his experience and knowledge in this area he can advise and coach others. He distinguishes himself from a career coach because he looks for the deeper reasons for someone's dilemma. The so-called existential questions.
Philosophical counseling on the thirty-something dilemma is not limited to making the right career choice. The goal is that you get to know yourself. This involves the question; "What do I really want?". Once you have a clear picture of who you really are, you can build your work and your life from inner motives.
